Dinner - Atkins Wrap Snack - Pepperoni and melted cheese off a slice of pizza Fluids - 10 ounces cystal light, 20 ounces diet DP Wednesday - Forgot! Weird Thursday Lunch - 96% Lean Hamburger Meat, Boiled Egg Dinner - Lemon Pepper Tilapia, green veggies, sliced tomato Fluids - 3 Diet Big Red Snack - 1 Russell Stove Peanut Butter Cup (Sugar Free) Friday Lunch - Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Low Carb Bread, butter spray and pepperjack cheese), Boiled Egg, Pickle Dinner - Atkins Wrap Snack - Pickle, sliced tomato Fluids - 2 Diet Big Red, 1 Diet DP Saturday Lunch - Tuna w/pickles and celery and 1 piece low carb bread toasted Dinner - Hamburger Patty w/pepperjack cheese melted on top, sliced tomato, boiled egg Fluids - 2 Diet Big Red, 1 Diet DP, 10 Ounces Water Sunday Lunch - Atkins Wrap Dinner - Grilled Chicken Breast W/Onions & Bell Peppers, Sliced Tomato Snack - 1 Slice Turkey, 2 Boiled Eggs Fluids - 4 Diet DP, 1 Diet Big Red
