Food Diary Week of Feb 16-Feb 22, 2004** I will create a new entry each week and come back and edit it accordingly if anyone is interested in reading a long. Monday Breakfast - English Muffin, Sugarless Jelly Snack - Fat Free Yogurt Lunch - Mexican Spiced Brown Rice with tomatoes and diced 97% fat free chicken Dinner - 3 Ounces baked chicken spiced with Italian seasoning, tomatoes, garlic and pepper, veggie medley Snack - Sugar Free Angel Food Cake - small slice Drinks - 2 Glasses of water, 1/2 glass of caffeine free tea no sugar and 1 8 ounce coke, 4 ounces of white wine ** I had a bad day fluid wise. I need to drink more water and I had such a bad headache I bought a small 8 ounce coke with extra ice so I hope that made it about 4 ounces. That's the first I have had in almost 5 days Tuesday Breakfast - 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1/2 english muffin with sugar-free jam Lunch - Basa Filet - Lemon-peppered/Italian seasoning - 4 oz, Cup of garden vegetable rice Snack - Sugar Free peanut-butter cluster Dinner - Grilled Chicken Fajita meat, grilled onions, tomatoes and bell peppers Fluids - 4 Ounces of grape juice, 6 Ounces Caffeine-Free Tea, 18 Ounces of Water, 4 Ounces of soda Wednesday: Breakfast � Orange, English Muffin with sugar-free jam Snack - Orange Lunch - 2 Ounces Fish/3 Ounces Tuna, 1/2 Cup Mixed Veggies Snack - 6 Carrot Sticks, 6 Sun Ships Dinner - 6 Chicken Wings Snack - Orange Fluid - 16 Ounces Water, 12 Ounces Decaf/Unsweet Tea, 10 Ounces Diet Coke, 4 Ounces Wine Thursday: Breakfast - Egg White Omelette w/fat free cheese, green peppers, & onions, 1 Slice Turkey Bacon, 1/2 English Muffin w/Sugar-Free Jam Snack - Orange Lunch Snack Dinner Snack Fluids 24 Ounces of water before 11 am!
