Breakfast - Orange

Lunch - Tuna with a tsp of fat free mayo

Snack - Orange

Dinner - 4 ounces of catfish - grilled, 4 spicy chicken wings, 1 cup vegetable medley

Fluids - 10 ounces water, 4 ounces wine

[u][b]Tuesday 3-2[/b][/u]

Breakfast - Orange

Lunch - Grilled Cheese Sandwich with fat free cheese, low sugar/low carb bread, sliced tomato and pickle

Dinner - Grilled hamburger patty, cup of carrots, cup of green beans

Fluids - 20 ounces of water

[u][b]Wednesday 3-3[/b][/u]

Breakfast - Egg White Omelet

Lunch - Tuna with 1 tsp fat free mayo, 1 piece of low sugar/low carb bread toasted, 1 sliced roma tomato and 1 pickle

Dinner - 2 Grilled hamburger patties with fat free cheese, cup green beans

Snack - Orange, 1 Russel Stover Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cup

Fluids - 15 Ounces Water, 4 Ounces Wine

[u][b]Thursday 3-4[/b][/u]

Breakfast - 1/2 Container Dannon Carb Control Yogurt

Lunch - Homemade pizza with whole wheat pizza crust, low fat/lactose free cheese and veggies. 1 Slice

Snack - 3/4 Banana

Dinner - Cup Vegetable Medley, 1 Ounce grilled fish

Snack - 1 Orange, 1 Russell Stover Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cup

Fluids - 20 ounces water, 8 ounces diet cherry limeade, 4 ounces wine

[u][b]Friday[/b][/u]

Snack - Orange

Lunch - Can of tuna mixed w/1 tsp fat free mayo and 1 boiled egg and pickles

Snack - 2 Russell Stover Peanut Butter Cups

Dinner - 6 Spicy Chicken Wings, 1 Boiled Egg

Snack - 2 Russell Stover PBC

Fluid - 10 ounces water, 20 ounces tea

[u][b]Saturday[/b][/u][/b]

Lunch - Small plate of spagetti with marinara (was out and couldn't find much else on menu) and a side salad with fat free Italian dressing.

Snack - Orange

Dinner - 6 oz Sirloin, sweet potato with butter substitute, bacon and cheese, and salad with boiled egg, tomato, cheese and carb control ranch dressing (O carbs)

Snack - 2 Russell Stover Peanut Butter Cups

Fluids - 10 ounces Diet Coke, 10 ounces Diet Limemade, 20 ounces water

Lunch - Grilled Chicken Low Carb Shell Taco

Snack - Pickle, Orange (orange was 3 hours later)

Supper - Grilled Chicken W/Out Skin, Zucchini/Tomato/Onion, Mushroom Medley

Fluids - 16 Ounces Diet Coke, 20 Ounces Crystal Light Lemonade, 12 Ounces Diet Limeade, 8 Ounces of Water
